Engine Room Steam Washer
We utilize both truck-mounted and mobile high pressure steam cleaning units. Everything from the deck plates down is pressure washed, including deck plate frames, piping, hull plating engine blocks, and other components able to withstand this type of cleaning. We utilize a variety of lances to get into all those hard-to-reach areas. Care is taken to identify and avoid pressure cleaning any components unable to withstand the high pressure. Delicate components will be detail cleaned by hand or low-pressure wash-downs. Your boat is a significant investment. You don’t want anybody riding on, sailing, or washing it. But there are specific cleaning jobs that you cannot perform quite as well as the professionals, and boat engine steam cleaning is one of them. High-pressure steam is very effective in blasting away grease, crud, and other unwanted stuff from your engine, but the machinery may be tricky for amateurs.
Teak cleaning and restoration
Teak decks need constant attention as they deteriorate quickly. There are many ways to make your decks look beautiful again, perhaps they only require a good scrubbing. Or to bring out their beauty again is by stripping the old coating then sanding the wood down to achieve a coating bondable surface. Whatever the case, together we will find the right solution and plan.
Compound and wax
In addition to detail washes, we offer 1-3 step compounding and polishing services. After receiving a standard wash, all gel coat above the waterline will be machine compounded, polished and protected with either wax or a ceramic coating. Exterior wash interior wash
Each of our basic boat washes include a top-to-bottom scrub and rinse of your vessel using quality cleaning products. Our team will also care for the cleanliness of all windows and isinglass. The top of your seats will be thoroughly cleaned, lifted and wiped underneath. We offer removal of minor rust and mildew stains. We finish the job leaving your boat completely dry (covered if need be) and ready for use.
Detailed washes
Our detailed washes include everything in the basic wash, plus we include a polish and shine of all chrome and/or metal. Heavier rust and mildew damage will be removed, vinyl seats will be cleaned and treated thoroughly same with upholstery, carpet and canvas. Our team will also empty all compartments, clean inside and then organize any items removed. All isinglass will be coated with a salt and UV protection spray.
Bottom painting and cleaning
Most boats will need boat bottom painting once a year. The frequency of painting will depend on where you store or keep your boat, monthly underwater cleaning services and more. We can give you a free inspection and estimate as needed. Our professional boat bottom paint service includes all the sanding, layering and curing necessary to ensure proper adhesion. We can also do boat gelcoat and fiberglass repair.
